I placed all the re-submission files on the aphid ftp site here: ftp.peaaphidgenome.hgsc.bcm.tmc.edu login aphidftp pw analysis the files are in a folder labelled main paper resubmission. In filling out the forms, there were a few people for whom I didn't have the correct email, and so I put down the email of the group leader or lab leader, so the messages can be passed on. If you get one of these and can send me the correct email, please do and I will correct it on the plos website.
